FLORIDA – Brain Injury Association of Florida Board members, Dr. Sean Orr, Gary Clarke amd CEO Valerie Breen joined Governor Rick Scott, Senator Anitere Flores (Miami), and Representative Ronald Renuart (Ponte Vedra) on October 13, 2012, to sign into law House Bill 291 protecting Florida’s youth as it relates to sports-related concussions.
