Eric D. Wahl

Eric has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for over thirty (30) years. He is a graduate of Clearwater Christian College (Florida). During his distinguished career he has served in a variety of leadership positions. As a former multi-line independent insurance adjuster (5-20), he worked for many insurance companies doing the investigation, evaluation and settlement negotiation of both first- and third-party claims. His broad multi-line insurance experience focused on personal, commercial and professional liability claims adjusting. During his insurance career, he regularly interacted with both plaintiff and insurance defense attorneys.

Since 2006, Mr. Wahl has worked exclusively on the plaintiff’s side of the personal injury law business as a licensed staff investigator, legal assistant, paralegal and case manager. In addition, he has developed significant experience in mediation and litigation support.

Now, Eric is a case manager for Tripp Law Firm, where he works as an intake specialist and prepares cases for demands. Typically, he will answer any initial question within the first few months of the case. He provides advice to clients and speaks with insurance and health workers to get the case set for demand as soon as possible.

When Eric is home, he loves to go cycling and keep up with the latest military aviation. He also has 4 dogs that he loves to take out on adventures with his wife. Additionally, he is involved at his church in the choir and recently became a deacon. 

Eric resides with his wife in Seminole.
