Mark attended Gibbs High School in St. Petersburg, received his B.A. in International Affairs from the University of South Florida and, in 1996, earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. For sixteen years, Mark worked with a small St. Petersburg law firm, where he oversaw business and employment litigation. During this time, he managed a wide variety of disputes and trials concerning non-compete agreements, contract interpretation, fraud, conversion, civil theft, trademarks, defamation, minimum wage and overtime, unpaid commissions, wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination. Mark’s work included all aspects of a dispute, from pre-litigation strategy and negotiations to litigation and mediation, to post-trial motion practice, and even to appeals, in both Florida State and Federal Courts. Mark’s extensive background in civil litigation allows him to provide the experience necessary to secure the best results for our clients.
Before joining the Tripp Law Firm, he worked as trial counsel with a personal injury law firm based in Pinellas Park. Mark is a member of the Florida Bar, the Pinellas County Chiropractic Society, the Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce, the Pinellas Park Medical District and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mark resides with his wife and family in St. Petersburg.
